However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we may offer you exchange of exact make and model of product you purchased.
We will not issue refunds on products purchased which are found working. It is customer's responsibility to read descriptions or specifications and understand product before purchasing. Customs and Shipping
Important Note to Customers: When shipping products, we do not have control over country of destinations customs or security for delivery of courier packages. Different couriers have different security requirements depending on the product. Sometimes packages can be delivered via a different courier service, again for security reasons without our knowledge.
This might cause a delay in receiving your product. However, we guarantee delivery of your product and will do everything we can to make sure your orders are expedited.

Occasionally we have to change the courier you have selected because of regional or security restrictions, but if the courier is changed later you won't be charged extra. We cannot guarantee the exact courier you chose will be used.

Question: "My product has a problem! What can I do?
If, the product you bought from SpyGadgets4Sale.com seems to have a problem, please find below details of how we can help you. Our goal is to insure customer satisfaction and we will work with you to resolve the issue to your sitiation. You have 30 days from time of purchase to contact our office with appropriate ordering information reference codes which will be provided.
Always contact us first. Provide your order number and the product code. We can help clarify what the problem is.
We strongly suggest you try to get the product inspected and repaired by electronics professionals in your local area, to avoid having to send it back.
However you are welcome to return the item(s) to us under warranty if everything you've tried is not working out.
- We do not issue cash refunds
- We do not issue store credit without pre approval arrangements made with us
- We no longer will exchange products purchased for a different product unless mutally agreed between buyer and seller
We will attempt to repair the faulty item(s). Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back. In many cases the product seems to have a problem, sometimes your problem can solve by restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory. In the case of more complicated products or Security Camera Systems we will recommend that you get the product installed or inspected by a qualified technician to confirm that it is faulty rather than incorrectly installed. If a repair is not possible we will offer credit so you can buy replacement/alternative products subject to the following:
QC engineers will test products you ship back and, if they confirm the products are indeed faulty we will repair product and return at our cost. However, if products that are tested and turn out to be in good working condition, neither Spygadgets4sale.com nor its associated companies will not accept any responsibility and may charge a restocking value at our own discretion. Functional products will not be reimbursed.
What if I want to return my product:
Before contacting us via e-mail through email@example.com, please make sure you are operating product properly within its specific parameters. Note: User manuals are not always included for product delivery security reasons. However, if possible a user manual will be provided if available.
In accordance with our guide lines and policy protocols, if you return product please note we reserve the right to charge an additional 10% for restocking. This fee is subject to and is dependent on condition of return product and/or why product was returned.
Also, please do not return products without contacting us first, as we need to provide you all return shipping details and procedural information. We will not honour refunds on products or replacements if product(s) is returned without adhering to our return policies as outlined above.
We will not offer any cash refunds on products purchased. We may offer replacement of product. Please allow 30 days processing time.
In What Situations Are Returns/Compensation NOT Approved?
Below are instances where a customer will not be eligible for returns and/or compensation:
- Unapproved returns or returned products not processed through spygadgets4sale.com or its associate companies
- Received returned products that are damaged because of inadequate or unsecured packaging;
- Products that were originally approved for return through our refund procedures but have been confirmed by our QC engineers to be functioning after testing shall not be returned to the buyer.
- Broken products caused by misuse or mishandling;
- Returns of your unwanted, yet functional products;
- Products bought by mistake
The customer is solely responsible for choosing the right product, including for example
• The "correct" desired memory capacity
• The "right " feature or product
• Screen size
• Digital tv format( DVB-T/ATSC/ISDB-T )
• GSM band
• NTSC/PAL color region
If the consignee of a delivery refuses or fails to accept delivery for any reason, including refusal to comply with customs clearance/costs or simply having an incorrect address, neither Spydgagets4sale.com or its associated companies accepts no liability and the customer will not be eligible for compensation.
If product is returned who pays for what?
• Cost of shipping a presumably faulty item back to Spygadgets4sale.com which will be provided: Paid by the customer, cannot be reimbursed.
• Cost of import duties on the, restocking fees and other compensation
•Import duties and restocking fees may be waived for faulty products and paid by Spygadgets4sale.com in full. In other words QC engineers will test products you ship back and, if they confirm the products are indeed faulty we will repair the product and return at our cost to purchaser. However, for products that are tested and turn out to be in good working condition, Spygadgets4sale.com will not accept any responsibility and may charge a restocking value at our own discretion. Functional products will not be reimbursed.
•Cost of shipping repaired item back to customer: paid in full. In order to facilitate customs clearance, we will normally use Airmail if applicable to send back the repaired item to you.
•If a product cannot be repaired and QC engineers have determined it was not due to customer negligence or failure to follow our return policies we will provide the exact same product to the customer. If our return policies are not followed or we find product was misused and damaged by customer will not issue compensation and the product will not be returned.
Will You Send Me a Tracking Number?
After we dispatch your goods, we will email you a tracking number for the courier used (depending on your email preferences)
Depending on the courier chosen, there may be a 1-working-day gap between dispatching goods. If you have not received a tracking number from us, it probably means we have not sent out your order yet. Most orders take 1-3 days to check, pack, and dispatch. If you are wondering where your order has got to, please open a ticket in the support system quoting your order number(s).
